furfit.thunLite.com webshop offers a free return as default according to this policy. So, worry-free and shop with confidence from us! Anyway, our top priority is our kind customer satisfaction.
Following our main terms you will be subjected to and deemed that you are aware of this policy and have accepted it and its revisions while you are your continued to use the site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these terms or we may send an update email to our registered clients. Anyway, this page is to be referred to in case of any conflict.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date, so if the 15 days have passed we can’t offer a refund or exchange, and we have the right even to reject the return request unless if there was a further reason.
Return Policy
As mentioned above, furfit.thunLite.com accept return according to this policy, the return option is that you decided to return the item unnecessarily based on your own decision only do without any cause. For example, you changed your mind or it was not as expected. So, kindly take a deep look at the details of the product before you place the order, like checking the power (where applicable), dimensions, color name…etc, also you can communicate with us for any further information you may require to help you decide.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the below conditions
- The request should be submitted within 15 days.
- It should be unused and in its original packaging. So, in the same condition that you received it.
- You should be aware that we might request to see photos or videos about the item.
- We may require a receipt or proof of purchase to enroll in your return process.
- The item should be purchased at the regular price. So, the gifts, sale items, offers, or prices based on coupons are not eligible.
Terms
- Damages of packing are not covered. Slightly damaged packing. international air post may lead to some slight damage to the packing box.
- Footwear is excluded from the return policy.
- We will bear %50 percent of the return shipping cost. So, %50 of the shipping cost will be deducted from the item cost when refunded.
Refund Policy
The refund policy is established to protect our valued customers from others’ faults or any disturbance that might affect their experience with the services that we offer via our site.
There are some cases that can be either refunded or replaced the item with a new one as below:
- The item is damaged in delivery when arrived.
- Delivered the wrong item.
- The item is missing some parts.
- The item has faulty functionality.
Also, there are some cases we may issue a partial refund by direct reimbursement or a special discount coupon as below:
- The delivery time elapsed for more than 22 working days from the order date and it was without regional or environmental troubles.
- Item was delivered with the wrong option like another color.
General Notes
- In case of a money refunding decision agreed, the agreed amount will be credited to the same paying source that was used when the order was placed
There are certain situations we may withdraw the request and halt your rights to this policy:
- If we didn’t hear from you or didn’t get any feedback from your side on our requests for more than 3 days.
The Warranty
Our default policy in this regard is no warranty unless it is mentioned on the product details page. So, according to this, we are not offering a refund or return because of warranty.
In cases of warranty, it will be processed in the same way as this policy.
How it works
In any way or for any reason If you need to return or exchange your purchase simply open a case in your dashboard under the purchased items and follow the steps.
You’ll be notified after a quick evaluation of your order about your initial eligibility by email, then if it is positive we will ask for further related information and photos. So, if your request is approved we’ll inform you about the next step and the explanation for sending the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the reason. In case of approval, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. In case of rejection, we will contact you to see what options can make you satisfy and discuss it.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You haven’t received a refund yet, (Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted). First, check your bank account again and so if this took longer than usual then contact your credit card provider and then contact your bank as well, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
